Vos and Eisenfeld

I called this business in hopes of arranging to speak with a lawyer to help fight for my disability case appeal after being denied twice. i'm only 21 and have heavy trauma and pain since i was a child, very far under legal age to work. i've been on and off medication for close to a decade. the side effects of the medication started to take a toll on me so I switched to the medicinal marijuana program, as known by my previous psychiatrist. the man who answered the phone, Julio Ramirez, berated me the entire time. He is insensitive, disrespectful, rude, arrogant, and careless. The entire call he was undermining, gaslighting, interrupting, scoffing, dismissing everything I said. Saying I'll lose my case and I don't understand anything because the disability started when I was a minor so I have no work credit, so I'll lose. I explained my reasoning several times, that my physician referred me to this office so they could get all the paperwork and send it out and fight it for me as my physician suggested but he was very careless and brushed this off by telling me to do it myself. He was very insistent on having me mail copies of everything to the law firm myself, and I kept telling him that I can't afford to make copies and mail them right now, and how my mental health refuses to let me go outside. Upon saying this, he said I have to just get over that because he otherwise can't help me. He told me that I should put my phone on speaker to hear him better, instead of letting me speak. I ended up crying, shaking with anger and pain while having a panic attack, begging him several times to let me speak because he wouldn't stop interrupting and snapping at me and hitting me where it hurts. He showed no remorse or patience, and I want the business to fire him. He works for a workers comp/disability office and if this is how he treats young, disabled women to the point where they cry on the phone, HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO HAVE A PARALEGAL LICENSE. HE DOES NOT DESERVE A JOB HERE. PLEASE DO BETTER AND GET A BETTER TEAM.

John Vos was my lawyer and knew that he was given my RB89 documents for my hearing to concluded my case and lied telling the judge that the doctor never filled them out, the doctor did not want to cooperate, nor did he send them to his office for the hearing. My documents were completed two months ahead of schedule. John's office did receive the documents, John Vos wanted to prolong the case for NYC Transit to continue their DELAY in payment for my assault on the job by my Supervisor Yanick Pilgrim at 34th Street Hudson Yard on October 4, 2015. My case could have ended two years ago. When I confronted John he was surprised that I did my research, all along he was working for the NYC Transit Authority. SOME OATH huh!
